Choose what you’d like on the hire page and send your enquiry with your party date. Your date is checked and you get a quote by email. When you’re happy with it, tick to agree to the hire terms and pay online. Your date is booked as soon as you’ve paid. How it works
Send an enquiry with your date, and the reply tells you. You don’t pay anything until it’s confirmed.
Online, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, from the link in your quote. You pay the full amount when you book, and you can pay the quote until the date shown on it. Payments are handled by Stripe, so your card details are never seen by anyone here.
There’s no bank transfer or invoice. Paying for a club or group? The receipt email is your record.

For 20 guests: 20 cups, 20 plates and 20 bowls, 2 jugs, 4 serving platters, 3 tablecloths, bunting, a birthday crown and a few free extras. Bigger kits get 5 more cups, plates and bowls for every 5 more guests.

The party tableware kit, cutlery, hot drinks and any 2 games, in one booking. It costs less than booking the four one by one, but only if you want all four. If you don’t, choose the kit and add just what you need. The hire page shows the saving for your number of guests.

20 is the smallest kit, so a smaller party pays the 20 price and has a few spare. For an odd number, pick the next size up. Count everyone who’ll be eating, grown-ups included.
Yes. On the hire page, choose “Just want games or extras?” and pick party games, cutlery, hot drinks or a cupcake box. They’re priced the same way, with 20 guests as the smallest.
A ready-made set at no extra cost, like Rainbow or Pastel, or your own mix: choose a colour for each of the plates, cups and bowls, and the cutlery if you add it. 2 colours are included, and the hire page shows what each extra colour costs. Your quote confirms what’s available.
The colours are for the cups, plates, bowls and cutlery; jugs, platters, tablecloths, bunting and mugs aren’t part of the choice.
No. Kits have been hired for baby showers, hen parties, weddings and community events too. For grown-ups, add hot drinks: a hot water urn and mugs.
From our home in Frome, Somerset. You get the address and directions in your booking confirmation, once you’ve paid. There’s no delivery, but your party can be anywhere, as long as you can collect the box and bring it back.
Usually the day before your party, and back up to 2 days after. We agree the times with you and put them on your quote. Need it for longer? Ask in your enquiry, and we’ll let you know.
No. Add washing up when you choose your items, and its price shows for your number of guests. Then scrape the food off, pack everything back in the box, keep the bunting separate, and the washing up is done for you.
If you’d rather do it yourself, everything is dishwasher-safe up to 70°C. Dry each piece with a tea towel before it goes back in the box, so nothing goes mouldy.
They’ve been to a lot of parties. Scratches come from reuse, and anything still fit for use stays in the kit.
Cancel before you collect, and we refund everything you paid except £5. To cancel, reply to any email about your booking, or send a message. The refund goes back to your card, usually within 5 to 10 working days. Want to move the date instead? Ask, and we’ll check if the new date is free.

Plastic used once and thrown away is. Paper plates are hard to recycle once there’s food on them, and “compostable” ones need an industrial composter. These plates and cups go from party to party.
They sound greener, but they’re held together with a plastic resin and break more easily, so they need replacing more often. Sturdy plastic means the plates from your party go on to the next one, not in the bin. Or as the old motto goes: buy well, buy less. More on why reusables
